All training is face to face and covers both mandatory and non-mandatory training.
All our training is based upon 3 principles:
DISCUSS with all students so they understand what the training session is about and what are the learning outcomes.
DEMONSTRATE - The trainer will always lead from the front and demonstrate what is requir

DISCUSS with all students so they understand what the training session is about and what are the learning outcomes.
DEMONSTRATE - The trainer will always lead from the front and demonstrate what is required. This can be seen in moving and positioning training, first aid and infection control.
PRACTISE - Students have to practise what they have learned so we recommend that each student is observed and tested 3 months after completing their training course, this can be done by any designated person.

All training sessions come with handouts, multiple choice exams and certificates of attendance and is suitable for continued professional development and nursing revalidation.
Support does not end with our training session, requirements and needs can change daily in the care sector so we are always happy to provide ongoing support from a simple phone call or face to face.

We do not just provide training we are available 7 days a week to support and answer any questions.
